Experience traditional Indian yoga, pranayama, and meditation in nature. From the holy banks of the Ganga to the quiet of the Swiss Alps, these journeys are designed to help you move from restlessness to restfulness.

I guide my students in meditation by a serene alpine lake in Switzerland. In these moments, surrounded by the grandeur of nature, we learn to quiet the mind and listen to our inner wisdom. This is the essence of my retreats: practicing together in places that heal and inspire.

Here I am in a moment of quiet reflection in the Himalayas, practicing Jnana Mudra to open myself to knowledge and inner peace. I believe the environment we practice in becomes part of the practice itself, and the energy of these mountains is profoundly clarifying.

This is a view of the holy river Ganga from Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. On my retreats in India, we immerse ourselves in the spiritual heritage of this land, connecting with the culture and ancient traditions that have been passed down for thousands of years.

The Swiss Alps are a powerful teacher. The snow-capped peaks, vibrant meadows, and clear lakes remind us of nature's immense strength and beauty. I choose locations like this to help you feel grounded, expansive, and deeply connected to the earth.

Practicing Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose, as the sun sets over the water. This pose teaches us balance and stability, drawing strength from the earth. Moments like this remind us that we are a part of nature, reflecting its beauty and resilience.

Sharing a moment of mutual respect with a Buddhist monk at a temple in Koyasan, Japan. My journeys are also about learning from different spiritual traditions. This experience was a beautiful reminder of the universal path to inner peace.

I invite you to take five minutes for this guided meditation. In this video, I explain a simple breathing technique to help dissolve inner conflict and find relaxation. You do not need to be an expert; you only need a mind that is ready to explore its own inner peace.

About Featured

You do not need to be a flexible expert to join these journeys. I keep each retreat group intentionally small, between 10 and 15 people, to ensure I can give personal guidance to every student. Whether we are practicing by the Ganga in Rishikesh or in the Swiss Alps, the goal is always the same: to move from a state of restlessness to true restfulness.
