About this collection
If you are coming for your first class, don't overthink it. My studio is equipped with shock-absorbent wooden flooring, so your knees will thank you after we go hard on the cardio segments. We keep the batches intimate, usually between 10 to 25 people, which means I can actually fix your posture and ensure you are hitting the steps right while we have a total blast.
Dance is more than just learning steps for me. It is about letting go, burning calories, and leaving the studio feeling better than when you walked in. When we dive into Bollywood and modern grooves, we aren't just memorizing choreography; we are working on stamina, coordination, and confidence.
My classes blend high-intensity cardio with the latest trending tracks, so you get a full-body workout without it feeling like a chore. We mix Zumba, Bollywood, and step aerobics to keep things fresh. You will hear a lot of music, feel a lot of energy, and yes, you will sweat. That is the point.
We focus on:
- Bollywood & Pop: We catch the latest trends, break down the hook steps, and perform with attitude. Hulchul hui, zara shor hua—we love a bit of noise here.
- Hip-Hop & Urban: Focus on precision, sharp movements, and hitting the beat. Great for those who want to level up their rhythm.
- Cardio Fusion: For the fitness-focused, these sessions are designed to burn fat and boost your metabolism through continuous movement.
Everything happens in my studio right here in Koramangala. Whether you are a total newbie who has never danced before or you are looking for a community to keep your fitness goals on track, this is the place. We don't do boring routines, and we definitely don't do judgement. Just bring your shoes, your water bottle, and a willingness to try. If you're nervous, just take a dance pe chance and show up.
