Artificial Floral Backdrop Setup
Structure & Backdrop
- Frame: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft adjustable metal backdrop stand.
- Draping: Double layered fabric draping using synthetic satin or shimmer net cloth.
- Colors: Standard palette options like Baby Pink, Peach, or Cream.
- Signage: Rental of one 18 to 24 inch circular acrylic sign (Welcome or Tapasvi Amar Raho).
Floral & Props
- Main Florals: High density artificial flower runners (roses and hydrangeas) arranged in an L shape or top border.
- Hangings: 4 to 6 decorative wall hangings or paper geometric strings.
- Lighting: 2 to 4 strings of warm white LED rice lights behind the drapes.
- Carpet: Basic red or green mat for the floor area (6x4 ft).
Logistics
- Team: 2 person team for installation and dismantling.
- Duration: Setup takes approx 60 to 90 minutes.
Fresh Marigold & Banana Stem Decor

My Approach
Festivals and pujas at home matter a lot to me. I love making these moments feel sacred with setups that actually feel personal - not just pretty for photos.
What I Do
- I set up traditional decor for festivals, religious rituals, and homecomings, especially for Jain and Hindu families.
- For Jain Tapasvi homecoming decorations, I add colorful wall hangings and a big "Tapasvi Amar Raho" centerpiece.
- Kalpasutra puja backdrop ideas? I use fairy lights, fabric, and a special spot for your embroidered Kalpasutra.
- Hindu pujas like Gauri maa, Ganpati, or even small family havans - I keep it simple, with floral runners, banana leaves, drapes, diyas, and sometimes a bit of extra sparkle if you want.
- For Ganpati, I handle everything, even sourcing return gifts.
