This is what my dreams are made of. We transformed a rich, regal Rani Pink pure Banarasi Saree into a stunning reception lehenga for our beautiful ManSi bride, Jothi. Seeing her shine is the greatest reward.

The rhythmic process of hand block printing is so therapeutic. Here, I'm adding a modern chevron pattern to a vibrant magenta silk fabric, a small detail that makes a big impact on the final design.

Every piece you see here starts with a conversation in my Namma Bengaluru studio. Whether it is transforming an heirloom saree into a reception lehenga or hand-stamping a new pattern onto silk, I am right there with you, obsessing over the fit and the tiniest details. It is not just about wearing a beautiful outfit; it is about making sure it feels exactly like you.
I started this journey teaching art to children, and today, that same artist's eye guides every design here at manSi. This gallery is a glimpse into the 'why' behind what we do. It is not just a boutique; it is a space where we take the time to listen to your needs, whether you are looking for a classic Banarasi blouse or wanting to breathe new life into a dusty, sentimental saree from your mother’s collection.
The manSi Difference
- Upcycling Heritage: One of my favourite parts of the job is the Saree Makeover service. We don't just stitch; we honour memories. Transforming a 5.5-meter heirloom into a modern Kalidar lehenga with Can-Can volume requires patience, precision, and a lot of heart.
- Hand-Stamped Artistry: We use traditional block printing techniques to create one-of-a-kind patterns. Seeing a plain fabric turn into something vibrant and rich with a simple chevron or floral motif is truly maja ide (it is so much fun).
- Studio Consultations: I believe fashion is a two-way street. When you come to the studio, we talk about your comfort, your body type, and the occasion. We sketch together, choose the lining, and finalize the latkans. It is a collaborative process because I want you to feel as beautiful as you look.
