I personally ensure these drapes are as functional as they are beautiful. Many of my Tussar pieces come with two blouse options—a matching one and an embroidered one—so you have the flexibility to dress them up for an evening gathering or keep them simple for work without the stress of finding a separate tailor.
When my daughter and I travel to meet weavers across India, we do not just look for patterns. We touch and feel the weave, checking if it will truly breathe in our Bengaluru climate. This collection is about that specific feeling of lightness that lets you stay comfortable throughout your day.
Kota Silks These are translucent and lightweight, making them my go-to choice for long days at the office. They drape easily and stay crisp, giving you a sharp yet relaxed look.
Tussar & Butter Silk If you want something that feels soft against the skin, these are perfect. Tussar silk has a natural matte texture and a subtle sheen, while Butter Silk is incredibly fluid. Both handle day-to-night transitions very well.
Styling & Care Because these fabrics are so versatile, you can change the entire look with just the blouse and accessories. For a formal office setting, keep the blouse simple. For a festive evening, pair the same saree with a heavily embroidered blouse and handmade jewellery. If you have an old saree that you love but feel is too heavy, let me know.
