Train with me from anywhere. Through live video analysis, we break down your technique—stance, balance, and shot execution—just like we do at the academy.

Distance is not a barrier to improving your game. This is a glimpse of an online coaching session where I analyze a player's technique remotely through video call, providing real time feedback and drills they can practice anywhere in the world.

Announcing the launch of my online coaching program for both batting and spin bowling. If you live outside of Delhi or even abroad, you can now book a session with me to work on your skills from home.

Here I explain how my online coaching and summer camps work. For online sessions, you just need a phone to record your practice, and I provide live analysis and corrections, making professional coaching accessible to everyone.

About Online & Remote Coaching

You don't need fancy equipment. Simply set up your phone during your net session or match. I join live on Zoom or analyze your recorded footage frame-by-frame to spot specific flaws like head fall, grip tightness, or poor weight transfer. We finish by designing customized shadow drills that you can practice in small spaces at home.

Geography should not stop you from learning the right way. My online coaching follows the same philosophy I teach at the Quetta DAV ground: focus on basics, build muscle memory, and become kaabil (capable).

How Online Coaching Works

Many players struggle because they do not have a coach watching them daily to correct small habits.

  1. Live Sessions: We connect over a video call. I watch you bat or bowl in real-time, providing immediate feedback on your stance and follow-through.
  2. Video Analysis: You send me clips of your nets or match innings. I break them down frame-by-frame, highlighting the biomechanics. We look for why you are getting out, whether it is a technical gap or a mental lapse.
  3. Home Routines: After identifying your 'error,' I prescribe specific drills. These are not generic gym exercises. These are cricket-specific shadow drills, hanging ball work, and mirror drills designed to fix your head position or backlift without needing a full turf net.

Technical Focus

  • Batting: We focus on the 'V' of your grip, head alignment, and keeping your weight forward. If you are struggling with pace, we analyze your trigger movement.
  • Spin Bowling: We look at your seam position, hip rotation, and the flight you are getting.

Cricket is a game of adjustments. Whether you are a club cricketer in India or playing leagues abroad, you need an eye that can spot the micro-movements that determine success. Let's get to work.
