About Safe & Sound: My Packaging Process
When you order a delicate preservation piece like a Varmala clock or a heavy resin frame, I don't just put it in a box. I use multiple layers of high-grade bubble wrap and specialized protective padding to prevent any shock or movement during transit. Before sealing the final carton, I ensure the piece is cushioned against every side, so even with long-distance shipping across India, it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.

The Packaging Process
Before a piece even reaches the packing table, it undergoes a rigid curing process. I cast in layers and allow for full chemical hardening, which makes the piece durable. Once it is ready for dispatch, I follow these steps:
- Base Wrapping: I use a layer of protective soft paper to prevent any surface scratches on the high-gloss finish.
- Shock Absorption: Multiple layers of industrial bubble wrap are applied, paying extra attention to corners and edges where impact is most likely.
- Structural Integrity: I use sturdy, double-walled corrugated boxes to withstand the pressure of transit and stacking.
- Clear Marking: 'Fragile' and 'Handle with Care' stickers are placed prominently on all sides to guide delivery handlers.
