The real work goes into the drying process before I even start. I spend 7 to 10 days using silica sand to dehydrate every flower, ensuring the colors stay vibrant rather than wilting. This patience is what keeps your memories from fading over time, which is why I typically need about 15 to 25 days to finish a custom piece.
How I Preserve Your Memories
Your wedding day is a collection of small details, and I believe those details deserve to last. Whether it is the varmala you exchanged, the kaleere from your bridal look, or even the handwritten vows you shared, I treat every item with the same care I would my own.
My Process It is not just about pouring resin. Before any casting happens, I spend 7 to 10 days carefully dehydrating your flowers using silica sand. This step is critical to stop any decay and keep the natural colors looking fresh. Once the botanicals are ready, I use a multi-layer, UV-resistant epoxy pour to encase them. I work in layers to ensure the finish is bubble-free and clear, giving it that high-gloss, premium look.
Customizing Your Keepsake I offer several ways to design your piece:
- Wall Clocks & LED Lamps: For something functional, I can embed your wedding flowers into a 12-inch resin wall clock or an illuminated monogram lamp.
- Jumbo Blocks: If you have bulkier items like chura or sehra, I use a deeper, 3-inch pour in a 16-inch block to accommodate the size without compromising on clarity.
- Personal Touches: I include your wedding photos, names, dates, and even accents like faux pearls or gold foil to match your style.
Since each piece is handcrafted in my Delhi studio, I typically need 15 to 25 days to ensure the resin is fully cured and polished to perfection. If you are outside Delhi, I accept items via courier and send your finished frame back securely packed. Jai Mata Di.
