About Commercial & Campaign Shoots
Working on a professional set is a totally different game compared to weddings, as it is all about flash-proof textures and lighting-specific finishes. I make sure the skin prep and contouring are dialed in so everything looks crisp under harsh studio lights, whether we are going for a vintage mood or a sharp, high-fashion glam that captures your brand's unique aesthetic.
On a shoot day, the makeup has to do more than just look pretty. It needs to survive hours of studio lights, multiple wardrobe changes, and the scrutiny of macro photography. That is why I specialize in camera-ready artistry that won't washout or flashback.
Why my approach works for shoots:
- Lighting Adaptability: Whether we are shooting in natural daylight for a breezy catalogue or using intense studio flash for a TV commercial, I adjust the formulation to match. I use specific powders and high-definition foundations that blur pores and keep the shine under control without looking flat.
- The 'Camera-Ready' Kit: I rely on brands like NARS and Huda Beauty for that long-lasting, high-coverage finish. For jewellery shoots, like my work with Sunder Jewellers, I focus on skin that glows just enough to catch the light, making the product the hero.
