About Men's Grooming
On a high-fashion or commercial set, men's grooming is about subtraction rather than addition. My focus is to neutralize shine, even out skin tone, and manage textural issues without leaving any visible traces of product. Whether we are shooting for an e-commerce catalogue or an editorial campaign, the goal is to make the model look polished and camera-ready while maintaining the integrity of their natural skin texture.
For studio photography, lighting is unforgiving. I use specialized techniques for corrective grooming that ensure your male models remain consistent across hundreds of frames. My process includes precise application of mattifying products for T-zones, careful concealment of blemishes or dark circles, and grooming facial hair for a sharp, defined look.
