Apartment Balcony Garden
Flooring & Base Layer
- Artificial Turf: Supply and laying of synthetic grass mats (25mm to 35mm pile height) cut to size.
- Drainage: Cutting precise holes for water outlets to ensure drain caps remain unobstructed.
Vertical & Railing Setup
- Wall Mounted Grids: Installation of black powder coated metal mesh grids (approx. 3ft x 4ft units) drilled into walls.
- Railing Planters: UV treated plastic hanging planters with saddle hooks compatible with standard railings.
Plant Scape
- Potted Assembly: Assortment of 8-12 floor pots (10-12 inch HDPE or clay finish) with red earth and manure mix.
- Varieties: Mix of low maintenance, air purifying plants like Areca Palms, Snake Plants, or Ferns.
- Setup: Initial deep watering and leaf cleaning spray application.
Logistics & Support
- Pigeon Netting: Installation of nylon safety nets (transparent or black) if required.
- Labor: Loading, transport to site, and installation by trained gardeners.

Terrace Turf & Lighting
Surface Engineering
- Drainage Cells: Installation of 20mm-30mm heavy duty interlocking mats to protect roof waterproofing.
- Premium Turf: High density artificial grass (35mm to 45mm thickness, dual tone) with UV resistance.
- Finishing: Professional joining using seam tape and adhesive for a single carpet look.
Decor & Edging
- Pebble Borders: 4-6 inch wide borders using polished river pebbles (White/Black/Mixed) to conceal edges.
- Underlay: Geotextile membrane under pebbles to prevent dust accumulation.
- Stepping Stones: Natural stone or concrete pavers embedded in the grass path (approx. 1 per 5 sq ft).
Ambiance
- Lighting: IP65 waterproof LED strip lighting (Warm White) along pebble borders or planters.

Planning
- Layout: Site inspection for slope and water stagnation; 2D zoning layout.
Natural Lawn & Hardscaping

- Grading: Levelling land to ensure proper slope away from building foundations.
Softscaping
- Lawn: Supply and laying of Selection No. 1 Mexican Carpet Grass or Bermuda Grass slabs.
- Establishment: Compression using heavy garden rollers and initial flooding.
- Border Plants: Planting of semi grown hedges (Duranta, Hibiscus, or Crotons) along compound walls.
Hardscape & Irrigation
- Pathways: Installation of Flame finished Granite or Tandur Stone slabs in stepping stone patterns.
- Piping: Laying 16mm lateral pipes for drip irrigation or pop up sprinkler points.
Post Installation
- First Cut: First lawn mowing service after 15-20 days.
- Warranty: 6 month plant survival warranty for dead patches.
