Take a peek into my Mulund workshop. This is where formulas are handwritten, soaps are hand-cut, and my 'desi jugaad' turns raw ingredients into honest skincare.

Back at my workstation, mixing a fresh batch of soap. The process can't be rushed. It's about slowing down, measuring carefully, and letting consistency guide my hands.

Even as I grow, every new formulation starts this way: handwritten in my notebook. Here I am developing a new body butter with Mowrah butter, documenting every phase and percentage.

For a soap maker, our molds are our treasure. Here's a look at my collection, all cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next batch of creative ideas.

The reality of a small business owner. When you're the boss and the entire operations team, you learn to be a calm chaos queen, cutting soap and staying on schedule no matter what.

This is the part you don't often see: the wastage created during the soap-making process. For a small business, every bit of batter and every trimming has a cost, which is why your support means so much.

A look back at the evolution of my soap packaging from 2018 to 2025. From simple paper doilies to a brand look I'm proud of, it's been a journey of learning and designing from the heart.

A satisfying point-of-view of how I pack each soap, one by one. It's a process that requires a lot of patience, but it ensures every bar is protected.

The small business hustle is real! Here's a behind-the-scenes look at me labeling 200 soaps in 30 minutes for a corporate order, breaking my own work records.

The struggle of capturing behind-the-scenes content! Here I am trying to paint the details on my Santa soaps with one hand while holding my phone with the other.

About Behind the Scenes: The Making Of

You might see the finished soaps, but the real process involves a lot of trimming and trial. For a small operation like mine, every scrap of batter has a cost, which is why I prefer slow, calculated production over mass-manufacturing. It means I can control every ingredient that touches your skin, but it also means I am often here late, hand-cutting and wrapping each order myself.
