Pop-ups and Community Stories
It is not just about selling skincare, it is about meeting the people who use it. Here is a look at the moments, pop-ups, and conversations that keep me going.
This is one of my favorite moments. I never pushed my Coffee Bean Soap, but hearing a loyal customer, Divya, spontaneously share why she loves it was the most honest marketing I could ever ask for.
When customers become constants, it's the most beautiful kind of growth. I am so grateful for all my repeat clients who visited my pre-Diwali flea market.
My first corporate pop-up in five years, at Lintas BKC! It was so exciting to set up my stall and share my full range of skincare and haircare products.
A glimpse of my Christmas pop-up stall. It feels so good when people visit and tell me they are already using and loving my soaps.
I was overwhelmed by the love at my Women's Day pop-up at Runwal Greens. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to explore my products and share your feedback.
From the farm to a fresh face! It's wonderful to see a client using my Tan-Free Facewash, Sukanti Lepa, and Red Aloe Gel as part of her post-work skincare ritual after a day in the sun.
About Our Community: Pop-Ups & Patron Love
Nothing beats the moment when someone finds exactly what their skin has been missing at a local stall. When you come visit me at a pop-up, you are not just buying a soap, you are helping me refine these formulas based on real, honest feedback from your own daily routines.
For me, these pop-ups are the most important part of my work. When I started making soap in my kitchen, I never thought I would be setting up stalls at places like Lintas BKC or Runwal Greens five years later. In the digital world, it is easy to forget that real people are using these products, but when I see a regular client walk up to my table and tell me how my Coffee Bean Soap has become their morning staple, it changes everything. That kind of feedback is how I learn.
I prefer these face-to-face interactions over any kind of aggressive marketing. You can see the texture of the Shea butter body butters, smell the difference in essential oils, and ask me directly why I chose Manjishtha or turmeric for a specific blend. I get to hear about your skin concerns in real-time, which helps me explain why I prioritize consistency over complicated, multi-step routines. It is a lot of work to pack everything up and set up a shop for a single day, but the energy of this community makes it worth it. If you have ever been hesitant about switching to natural skincare or just wanted to know what actually goes into a bar of soap, come find me at my next pop-up. I love the questions, the feedback, and the chance to show you exactly how it is all made.
