We welcome Izaan Shaikh, a talented U-23 player from Goa, to the Macho Cricket Academy. It is always a pleasure to have dedicated cricketers join our family.

When we welcome a new player, we do not just hand them a jersey. We integrate them into a philosophy that prioritizes technical growth and mental toughness. We focus on the process—the 130kmph+ sidearm drills, the footwork corrections, and the match simulations. These are the tools that build a cricketer.

I am Naushad Khan, and at Macho Cricket Academy, we are a family first. My sons Sarfaraz and Musheer have paved the way, but every student here is treated with the same philosophy: work hard, stay humble, and enjoy the game.
