Our Champions: Celebrating Hard Work in Cricket
We believe every run and wicket represents hours of grind. Here is a look at the players who pushed their limits and earned their spot as our champions on the pitch.
Proud moment presenting the 'MVP of the tournament' award. This player showed exceptional skill with both bat and ball, and his performance was a result of pure dedication.
Rewarding the 'Best Batsman of the Tournament'. His consistent scoring and solid technique throughout the matches made him a clear winner. Hard work always pays off.
Presenting the award for the 'Best Bowler of the Tournament'. His ability to take crucial wickets under pressure was outstanding. A well-deserved recognition for his efforts.
The 'Best Wicketkeeper of the Tournament' award going to our agile keeper. His work behind the stumps, with clean catches and quick stumpings, was top-class.
Recognizing the 'Top Scorer' from the runner-up team. It's important to acknowledge individual brilliance and fighting spirit, even when the team result is different.
The 'Fighter of the Match' award is one of my favorites to give. It celebrates the player who shows the most heart and never gives up, and this young girl truly earned it.
A happy moment from our Inningstar Anniversary match day. It’s always great to see the young players enjoying the game and being recognized for their participation.
About Our Champions: Celebrating Hard Work
For me, an award is not just a trophy; it is a marker of the hours spent on the pitch. When we hand out a 'Fighter of the Match' or 'Best Bowler' award at Inningstar, we are celebrating the specific struggle that player overcame—whether it was fixing a release point or fighting to defend a tight total in the final over.
Cricket is a long journey, and it is easy to lose motivation when the runs do not come or the wickets are hard to find. My role as a coach is to keep the energy high. That is why we track progress and celebrate it.
Whether it is a 'Best Batsman' award for someone who finally perfected their cover drive or 'Fighter of the Match' for a player who kept their cool under pressure, these moments build character.
We train players from across Navi Mumbai, from Sector 32 and 33 in Kharghar to the wider regions. Our sessions focus on actual match conditions, not just net practice. When a student wins an award here, it means they have demonstrated the grit we teach.
Why focus on recognition? Because cricket is mental. A player who feels seen and valued will work twice as hard in the next net session. We do not just create cricketers; we build champions who have the heart to face any opponent. If you are looking for an academy where every effort counts, come see us in action.
