From Our Academy to the Big Leagues
The pitch does not change, but your preparation does. See how our students translate academy training into match-winning performances at the highest national level.
The Art and The Artist. I am just a guide, but seeing my boys Sarfaraz and Musheer both score centuries for India and India U19 on the same day is a moment of immense pride. This is the fruit of years of relentless hard work.
A proud moment for our academy and for me as a father. Sarfaraz Khan's inclusion in the Indian Test squad is a dream realized. It is a testament to his perseverance and years of dedication to the sport.
Here is Sarfaraz preparing for the India vs England series. Even at the highest level, the process does not change. You have to keep putting in the hours, focusing on your technique and timing.
The moment Musheer Khan reached his first century in the Ranji Trophy. A milestone achieved through patience and skill. This is the foundation we build at the academy, the ability to play long innings.
A father and his son. A coach and his student. This is a moment of quiet pride with Musheer during the Ranji Trophy. The journey is long, but these moments make it all worthwhile.
Another powerful century from Musheer Khan in the MCA Corporate Trophy semi-final. He scored 116 not out from just 56 balls, showing his ability to adapt his game to the demands of T20 cricket.
Watch Musheer Khan's explosive 87 runs from 38 balls in the President Cup final. This innings shows his command over shot selection and his ability to dominate the opposition from the start.
A fantastic all-round performance by Musheer Khan for India U-19, scoring 70 runs and taking 4 wickets. We train our players to be assets in every department of the game, be it batting, bowling, or fielding.
Musheer preparing for the U-19 Asia Cup with intense match simulation. We create real-match pressure in our training sessions to build a strong game temperament for high-stakes tournaments.
A portrait of Musheer Khan in his India jersey. It is a symbol of the dream that every young cricketer at our academy is working towards.
About From Our Academy to the Big Leagues
You see the centuries and the India jerseys in these photos, but that is just the match-day result. The real work happens here on the dusty tracks of Cross Maidan, where we train to handle everything from low-bouncing red soil to high-swinging conditions. It is not about finding a perfect pitch; it is about becoming a player who can make instant adjustments to any surface put in front of them.
Cricket is a marathon, not a sprint. We believe that 'ghaat-ghaat ka paani piyoge toh experience aayega'—you only gain true cricket wisdom by facing different challenges and adapting to them. My sons, Sarfaraz and Musheer, did not become the players they are today by training on easy, flat wickets. They grew up here, learning how to play late under their eyes and how to read a bowler's release point during match-simulation drills.
The Macho Method
When you train with us, we focus on:
- Variable Conditions: We alternate between the red soil tracks of Cross Maidan and synthetic turf at our Kurla facility to ensure you are comfortable in any match environment.
- Match Simulation: We don't just bowl at you; we create scenarios. You will practice facing new-ball swing in 'survival mode' and old-ball reverse swing or spin in 'slog-over' scenarios.
- Technical Integrity: We fix the small flaws—the grip, the stance, the head position—because at the elite level, a difference of an inch is the difference between a century and a catch.
Beyond the Drills
Our coaching goes beyond basic technique. We look at the mental temperament required for long innings. Whether you are aiming for U-19 selection or improving your game for corporate trophies, we provide the same level of attention that I gave to my own children. We are not here to promise you a shortcut to the Ranji Trophy or international cricket, but we will give you the tools to compete when you get there. If you are willing to grind and accept the hard truth of the game, you will find a home here.
Macho Cricket Academy
I am Naushad Khan. I don't run a corporate academy; I run a family unit where cricket is a lifestyle. My sons Sarfaraz and Musheer are living proof that if you put in the hard work and learn to adapt, the results will follow.
