At Loordz Gym, we strip away the fancy gimmicks. Whether you are training at our Sagar Pur branch or hitting the rooftop ring in Palam, the focus remains on discipline and raw effort.
Our Approach
We do not do babysitting. If you join for boxing, you will learn the stance, the guard, and the footwork before we even let you touch the heavy bag. Our group sessions in Palam and Sagar Pur combine high-intensity boxing drills with functional strength training, ensuring you do not just look the part but perform like an athlete.
The Facilities
We know what makes a good workout:
- Rooftop Ring: Open-air training on EVA foam mats. It is where we do our technical sparring and drills.
- Conditioning: Tyre flips, agility ladder work, and heavy bag striking drills.
- Weight Floor: Full access to machines and free weights for your muscle-building days.
