Creative Art Workshops for Kids
I help young artists explore their imagination through guided, step-by-step painting and mixed media projects. No pressure, just creative fun.
A wonderful collage of my students proudly showing off their artwork from recent weeks. We've explored everything from colorful cat paintings and tiger drawings to underwater scenes and pencil shading.
Look at these amazing outer space paintings! In this workshop, my students created their own cosmic scenes complete with planets and spaceships, learning about color blending and composition along the way.
A collage showcasing the beautiful "deer in the forest" artwork created by my students. It's so rewarding to see how each child brings their own unique perspective to the same theme.
In this class, we learned about the iconic Indian artist Jamini Roy. The children then created their own paintings inspired by his unique style, resulting in these vibrant and wonderful pieces.
A collage of proud young artists holding up their finished canvas paintings. Using simple and effective techniques, they created these beautiful scenes featuring a red door and a bright blue sea.
We explored the world of abstract art through the work of Piet Mondrian in this summer camp session. The kids created these fantastic cactus paintings, combining bold lines and primary colors.
A simple yet striking canvas painting of a seaside town with a lighthouse. This piece demonstrates how I teach kids to use bold shapes and colors to create a complete scene.
To the space and back! These young astronauts are showing off the colorful spaceship art they created in one of our fun-filled summer camp sessions.
This student was inspired by the artist S.H. Raza to create her own version of a beach scene. She wonderfully captured the waves with doodles and the sand with warm yellow tones.
We dove "under the sea" for this mixed-media project. The kids painted a beautiful ocean background and then used clay and real shells to add 3D fish and textures to their canvases.
About Creative Kids Workshops
I break down every project into simple, manageable steps so your child feels capable and confident from the start. Whether we are painting space adventures or crafting 3D underwater scenes, I ensure every session focuses on the process rather than just the final result, making sure your little artist stays engaged and happy throughout.
My sessions for children aged 5 to 11 are about building creative confidence, not technical perfection. We work in small, focused groups, usually 4 to 8 children, which allows me to give every budding artist the support they need. You will find us exploring everything from acrylic painting and pencil shading to more experimental mediums like clay modeling, salt painting, and foil embossing.
I love incorporating art history and artist inspiration, like learning about the bold colors of Piet Mondrian or the unique style of Jamini Roy, into our projects. It teaches kids that there are many ways to see the world. We offer regular art classes at my studio in Khar West, and I can also travel to your location for birthday parties or weekend playdates.
If you are looking for holiday activities, I run dedicated art camps during summer and winter breaks where we dive deeper into thematic projects. Because I believe art should be accessible, all materials, from student grade paints to protective aprons, are provided by me. You just need to bring the enthusiasm, and your child walks away with a finished masterpiece they can truly call their own.
