Since I bake every order from scratch, I need a little lead time to source fresh fruits, flowers, and seasonal ingredients for your celebration. Please reach out a few days in advance if you are eyeing specific festive flavours like my Gulab Jamun cake or holiday plum cakes, so I can ensure everything is ready for your special date.
My kitchen is all about making treats that you can feel good about serving. For birthdays, anniversaries, or festival gatherings, I shift away from the standard maida and white sugar route. Instead, I use organic whole wheat, ragi, or jowar flour, and sweeten things with jaggery, dates, or coconut sugar.
