We believe hands-on skills build real confidence. At our maker space, we teach children how to handle real tools safely, turning simple curiosity into technical ability.

Students get a feel for soldering by working on a practice circuit board. This helps them develop steady hands and understand how to create strong, lasting electrical connections.

With one-on-one guidance, even our younger students learn to solder safely. Here, an instructor helps a child connect wires to a BO motor, a critical step in building a remote-controlled car.

Our Dasara camp includes a mix of exciting activities, from building mechanical models to learning the basics of soldering with protective gloves.

The "Elect-robo" workshop in action. This video highlights students practicing their soldering technique, an advanced skill we teach with a strong emphasis on safety and precision.

Wearing protective gloves, a student carefully solders a component. We provide all necessary safety gear and close supervision to make this a safe and empowering experience.

This montage shows the variety in our camps, from building water turbines and foam rocket launchers to the focused work of soldering electronic parts.

About this collection

We do not just hand over the iron. We start with protective gear and practice boards, guiding your child’s hand until they understand the logic of the connection. It is not about rushing, it is about that moment when they finally see their circuit come to life for the first time.

Why We Teach Soldering

Soldering is the bridge between theory and reality. When children learn to connect wires to motors, sensors, and circuit boards, they stop seeing electronics as magic and start seeing them as systems they can control.

Our Safety-First Approach

Safety is non-negotiable in our Vidyaranyapura lab. Every soldering session begins with a mandatory safety briefing on managing heat and handling tools. Children use temperature-controlled irons and protective gear, ensuring they learn the correct technique without risk.

The Learning Curve

  • Practice First: We begin with practice boards to build steady hands and muscle memory.
  • Component Logic: Students learn how to read a circuit layout, place components, and manage solder flow.
  • Real Projects: From there, they move to functional builds like remote-controlled cars, line-following robots, and automated alarms.

Why Build With Us?

Unlike traditional classrooms, our maker space is designed for trial and error. If a connection fails, we teach kids how to desolder, troubleshoot, and fix it. This process builds resilience and technical problem-solving skills that apply far beyond our workshop walls. We keep our batches small to ensure that every student gets one-on-one attention during tool-intensive tasks, making it a safe, empowering environment for children aged 5 to 14.

Hi, I am Rahul. My team and I built this space because I was the kid who wanted to take everything apart to see how it worked. We are here to give your child the same freedom—to break, build, and master real tools in a safe, controlled environment.
