We do not use vegetable oils, fillers, or premixes in our kitchen. Our single-serve pastries are constructed using 100% dairy cream and imported Belgian couverture chocolate, focusing on the purity of flavor rather than just sugar. Each pastry is a smaller, meticulously layered version of our signature gateaus, designed so you get the full profile of mousse, ganache, and sponge in every bite.
