We were thrilled to host the Google Maps team for a corporate wellness workshop. It’s a powerful reminder that finding balance and mindfulness is essential in the corporate world, helping teams de-stress, connect, and boost productivity together.

You don't need a background in gymnastics to join us. Whether you are curious about aerial silks for the first time or want to try a partner yoga workshop, our classes are designed to be safe and beginner-friendly. We focus on how your body feels and how your mood lifts, not on holding a perfect pose.
