Handcrafted Cocktails and Signature Refreshers
I design bar experiences that are as memorable as the meal. From smoked glasses to fresh, seasonal quenchers, every drink is crafted to complement your event’s vibe and flavor profile.
A truly great drink can set the tone for an entire evening. My Lavender Spritz, infused with fresh grapefruit and rosemary, is a signature cocktail designed to be both refreshing and elegant.
A lineup of refreshing citrus cocktails. Garnished with a bright orange slice, these drinks are perfect for a sunny afternoon or a lively evening event.
A colorful trio of our signature drinks. From a vibrant green cooler to a zesty orange juice, each drink is made with fresh ingredients to impress your guests.
Sunset-tinted cocktails with a spiced masala rim. This is my take on a classic cocktail with an Indian twist, adding a bit of zing to every sip.
A glimpse into my bar service, from smoking a glass for a whiskey cocktail to preparing creamy dessert drinks. It's all about the craft and the final presentation.
My Carrot Cake Quencher is a unique and healthy beverage option. It captures the flavors of carrot cake in a refreshing, drinkable form, garnished with a baby carrot.
The Charred Peach Spritzer is a sophisticated and smoky drink. The sweetness of the peach is balanced by a hint of char and the herbal notes of rosemary.
A playful and modern drink featuring passion fruit boba pearls. These pearls add a fun texture and a burst of tropical flavor to the sparkling beverage.
A seasonal favorite, the Kachi Kairi Mojito. This raw mango mojito is tangy, sweet, and incredibly refreshing, served here in rustic mason jars.
My Dragonfruit & Elderflower Martini is a visually stunning cocktail. The vibrant pink hue of the dragonfruit is complemented by the delicate floral notes of elderflower.
About Crafted Cocktails & Quenchers
Beyond just the ingredients, I focus heavily on the 'glass-feel' and sensory experience. Whether it is a Kachi Kairi Mojito served in a rustic jar or a Dragonfruit Martini with a custom garnish, my bar service is designed to be an immediate conversation starter for your guests. When you reach out, share a little about your event's theme so I can suggest a menu that flows perfectly with your food.
More Than Just a Drink
When I conceptualize a bar menu, I view it as an extension of the culinary narrative. A drink should cleanse the palate and set the rhythm for the evening. I do not rely on generic syrups or pre-mixes. Instead, I use fresh seasonal produce—think charred peaches, raw mangoes in summer, and aromatic rosemary—to build layers of flavor that feel natural and refined.
The Craft of Presentation
Presentation is half the experience. I believe in 'eating with your eyes' before the first sip. This is why you will see my drinks served with distinct touches:
- Textural Elements: Popping boba pearls, house-made masala rims, and delicate floral garnishes.
- Theatre: Smoking a glass for a whiskey cocktail creates an aroma that hits you before the drink does.
- Vessel Choice: Whether it is a sleek martini glass for a formal reception or a rustic mason jar for an outdoor sundowner, the glass needs to fit the setting.
Planning Your Bar
I handle the full setup, from the bar counters to the glassware and mixers. If you are planning an event in Mumbai or a destination wedding elsewhere, we should discuss your guest profile early. For large events, I suggest a mix of signature alcoholic cocktails and creative mocktails to ensure every guest has something special to hold. Let's chat about what flavors excite you—or better yet, what flavor combinations you have always wanted to try.
