Junior Champions Taekwon-Do (Ages 5-14)

Why I Coach Martial Arts
For me, martial arts is about more than just fighting. It’s about dedication, integrity, and building a fighter’s mindset that sticks with you in life. Motivation fades, but commitment is what shapes real progress.
What You’ll Train With Me
I coach ITF Taekwon-Do classes and kickboxing for fitness, open to kids and adults. You can pick one or train in both. Taekwon-Do is structured - you work through belt levels, learning techniques, forms, sparring, and even some weapons like nunchucks. Kickboxing is high-energy, great for those who want a solid workout with pad work, combos, and practical skills.
Who Shows Up
Kids get a playful but disciplined start - focus drills and basic moves, so they enjoy while learning. Adults join for fitness, self-defense training, or just to try something new. If you’re chasing medals, I’ll push you with advanced techniques and real competition prep.
How We Train
I stick to basics. Strong foundation, alert mind. On the mat, you hear me say - Guard রাখ (keep your guard up). Sessions are packed: sparring drills for beginners, kicking technique, and power punches. We focus on control, speed, and using your whole body.

My Story
Hey, I’m Arka. Legends Martial Arts is my second home, my Taekwon-do family. I live for the rush of training, the joy of watching my students grow, and those goofy birthday celebrations at the academy. Life’s all about collecting moments – like sipping coffee in a vintage café or finding Tintin comics in a dusty shop. I travel, I train, I connect. My journey? Just a mix of martial arts, memories, and a lot of heart.
