About Your World-Class Kitchen
Forget crowded classrooms where you just watch from the back. Here, you get your own individual workstation, complete with a professional-grade KitchenAid mixer and dedicated prep area. This is where you actually build the muscle memory required for the industry, under the watchful eyes of chefs who want to see you succeed.
We built these kitchens because we know that learning to bake is a physical, messy, and deeply rewarding process. At both our Domlur (Bangalore) and Lajpat Nagar (Delhi) campuses, we prioritized creating a space that feels like a real commercial bakery, not a sterile classroom. You will find state-of-the-art ovens, temperature-controlled rooms for working with chocolate, and storage areas fully stocked with premium ingredients like Callebaut couverture.
Our instructors aren't hidden behind a desk; they are on the floor, right next to you, helping you troubleshoot a collapsing mousse or perfecting your lamination technique.
