We believe pastry is art. This is a 72-hour project where our diploma students brainstorm, design, and build a themed chocolate showpiece from scratch. You'll learn the engineering, creativity, and teamwork it takes to bring ambitious ideas like this "Robo Chef" to life.
Mastering enriched breads like Babka takes skill, patience, and a love for the craft. Our artisanal bread program, a core part of the diploma, will guide you through every step, from understanding fermentation to achieving the perfect braided loaf.
