Mastering enriched breads like Babka takes skill, patience, and a love for the craft. Our artisanal bread program, a core part of the diploma, will guide you through every step, from understanding fermentation to achieving the perfect braided loaf.

"You'll become a great chef only when you can make eight products look identical." This is our philosophy. We push for perfection not for a photo, but to instill the discipline and consistency required to excel in the professional pastry world.
