Festive Office Reception & Lobby Decor
Entrance & Doorway
- Fresh Marigold (Genda) garlands mixed with Mango or Ashoka leaves for the main glass door and frame.
- Standard double string thickness used for draping.
- Two vertical floral tassels (latkans) or large fabric lanterns hung on sides.
- One 3ft x 3ft floral Rangoli using fresh rose and marigold petals in geometric patterns.
Reception Desk Styling
- Scalloped draping of single layer marigold strings along the desk front.
- Placement of small wax diyas or battery operated candles amidst loose petals.
- Includes 2 to 3 small brass pots with flowers or thematic cutouts like Ashoka Chakra.
Ceiling Elements
- Installation of 10 to 15 suspended elements on the ceiling grid.
- Options include colorful dreamcatchers, paper lanterns, kites, or tricolor balloon clusters.

- Team of 2 to 3 decorators arrives 4 hours before office hours.

- One 8ft x 8ft printed vinyl flex backdrop mounted on a wooden truss frame.
- Includes 3 to 4 self standing foam board cutouts (Cards, Poker Chips, or Dhol).
- Basket of 15 to 20 handheld stick props like wigs and thematic signs.
Gaming & Entertainment
- Setup of 2 activity zones: Roulette and Blackjack tables with felt cloth overlays OR Popcorn and Kite corner.
- Includes all gaming accessories like plastic chips, card decks, and roulette wheel.
- 2 semi professional game coordinators provided for 3 hours to manage tables.
Lighting & Ambience
- 4 LED Par Can lights for backdrop uplighting (customizable colors).
- Centerpieces for up to 4 standing tables using artificial flowers or mason jars.
- 20 to 30 meters of bunting or string lights to define the area.
Usage & Logistics
- Rental of all equipment covers a 4 to 5 hour party duration.
