Every chef here, from our founders Aman and Sharmistha to our pizza specialists, was handpicked not just for their skill, but because they actually care about the food on your plate. Our Story: From Lockdown to Your Table

It started in November, just before the world stopped. When the 2021 lockdown hit, we were at a crossroads. Many kitchens shut down, but Chef Aman refused to let our team go. We pivoted overnight, sending burgers to Gurgaon and flipping plans just to keep the kitchen fires burning. That grit is the secret ingredient in everything we cook today. It taught us that no matter the size of the event, the soul of the business remains the same: we are here to create moments, not just serve meals.

We call it jaadu—the magic that happens when you stop focusing on 'just cooking' and start focusing on the experience.
