Coming Soon: Remy's Homemade Italian Gelato

We are not just churning ice cream. We are partnering with USCO Coffee to perfect the ultimate affogato. Think smooth, slow-churned Italian gelato drowned in a bold, rich shot of espresso, creating a texture and flavour combination you cannot find in standard tubs.

For us, this is the natural next step. Since starting Remy’s Cafe in Meharchand Market, we have been obsessed with getting the Italian experience right, from our hand-stretched pizzas to our slow-cooked pasta sauces. Now, we are turning that same attention to detail toward gelato.

We are moving away from mass-produced sweets. Our gelato will be churned in-house, focusing on intense, natural flavours and the creamy, dense texture that defines authentic Italian gelato. We have been experimenting with recipes that balance the richness of dairy with crisp fruit profiles and bold coffee notes.

The highlight of this launch is our collaboration with USCO Coffee. We wanted to create more than just a dessert stop. By pairing our scoops with their roasts, we are focusing on the perfect affogato experience, a hot shot of espresso poured over cold, slow-churned gelato. It is simple, effective, and exactly what we would want to eat on a winter day in Delhi.
