We bring the world's most innovative bars to Delhi for one-night-only collaborations, blending global techniques with our own local ingredients.
London's renowned Swift bar brought their signature British charm and world-class cocktails to our space. It was a spirited evening of captivating drinks and great conversation, and an absolute pleasure to host them. The expectations for the night were high, and they were completely surpassed.
When Ronnaporn from Mahaniyom Cocktail Bar in Bangkok joined us, he said it felt like home, and that is the highest compliment we can receive. His team brought the best of Bangkok's creative cocktail scene to Delhi, filling the bar with incredible energy and hospitality.
The team from Sentaku in Bologna, Italy, brought an incredible energy to their shift, serving over 200 cocktails in just two hours. Their visit was a powerful experience, challenging perceptions and showcasing the vibrant, high-energy reality of India's bar scene. It was a dream shift for all of us.
We had the pleasure of hosting the celebrated barman Roger from The Odd Couple in Shanghai. He was immediately struck by the energy and hospitality of our team and our city. It was a night of unforgettable sips, blending Shanghai's innovative spirit with our own traditions.
Andrew and Swami from Hope & Sesame in China shared their core philosophy with us: give the guests the best. Their customer-first approach and inventive, ingredient-inspired cocktails captivated everyone. It was a powerful reminder that the heart of hospitality is serving people what they love.
Apoorva from Vér, the bar at Nadodi in Kuala Lumpur, joined us for a mesmerising guest shift. He masterfully stirred up some unforgettable cocktails, sharing the unique flavours of Malaysia with our guests. We can't wait to visit him in KL for a shift at his bar.
We bridged borders with Bangkok's Messenger Service Bar for a mid-week takeover that felt like a weekend. They united strangers over spirited cocktails, bringing two capital cities together in our bar for a truly fine evening.
Delhi was treated to a double feature from Taiwan when the teams from Booking Taipei and Bar Pine took over our bar on consecutive nights. They stirred up incredible cocktails crafted with the native flavours of Taiwan, leaving us all wanting more.
A look back at the spectacular night when COYA Dubai took over Lair. The evening was a sensational fusion of vibrant Latin American flavours, infectious music, and high-energy atmosphere that had the whole bar buzzing.
We hosted "A Night in Singapore," a special takeover featuring three expert mixologists from celebrated Singapore bars: Barbary Ballroom, Lowtide, and Sago House. In collaboration with ICW, they took our guests on a sensory journey with exquisite drinks that showcased their immense talent and creativity.

When we host these takeovers, it is not just a guest shift—it is a workshop. Our guest bartenders join us in the markets of Old Delhi to hunt for local spices, and we spend the hours before service experimenting behind the counter. You are not just watching a show; you are tasting a menu that exists only for that one night, crafted from global expertise and hyper-local Indian flavours.
We move beyond the concept of a standard bar takeover. Our Cocktail Coalition series invites bartenders from top venues in London, Seoul, and Bangkok to live and breathe our workflow. We do not simply import their recipes; we deconstruct them using Delhi’s own pantry. You might find a familiar classic reinvented with Guntur chillies or a highball made with Coorg coffee, using advanced techniques like rotovap distillation or sous-vide clarification.
Whether it is an evening event in our Vasant Vihar den or a masterclass in Gurugram, the goal is always exchange. We have hosted teams from Swift in London, Rabbit Hole in Bangkok, and Coya in Dubai, each bringing a distinct philosophy. You will find these events are less about the stage and more about the bar counter. Grab a seat, talk to the bartender, and ask how they adapted their signature style to the Indian palate.
