When we started Lair, we knew it wasn’t just about cocktails - it’s about sharing stories, bringing people together, and showcasing the mad energy of India. Our Global Bar Takeovers & Pop-ups are where that all comes alive.
How We Roll
- Two-way exchange: We travel to bars around the world, bringing Indian flavours and vibes, and host top international bartenders at our home base in Delhi.
- We’ve done multi-city runs through Europe, Asia, and all over India - Milan, Barcelona, Bangkok, Goa, you name it.
- Our Delhi bar becomes the spot for global cocktail events, with bartenders from Argentina, Korea, China, Spain, UK, Singapore, Taiwan, and more.
The Cocktail Coalition
- Not your average guest bartender experience. We deep dive with our guests, hitting up Old Delhi’s spice markets, experimenting, and building a brand new menu together for one night only.
- Each collab has its own theme, like ‘Minimal Waste, Maximum Yield’ or ‘Modernising Classics’. There’s always something new up our sleeve.
- It’s cross-cultural mixology at its best.
What It Feels Like

My Story
We started Lair dreaming of a spot that felt a bit secret, like a modern cave where black and grey blend and curiosity runs wild. Drinks here aren’t just drinks - they talk back. Our team’s the heart, not just us. We've had wild nights with guest bartenders, big awards, but the best bit? Folks from everywhere saying they feel at home. That’s the Indian hospitality we love showing off. We’re all about mixing borders, learning, and celebrating local flavours, one night at a time.
My Work
Immersive Mixology & Pan-Asian Dining - We serve cocktails that tell stories, plus sushi, dim sum, and small plates with a twist.
Cocktail Coalition Delhi - We team up with top global bars to craft menus, using Indian ingredients and swapping ideas.
The Lair Vibe - Energy, music, and real hospitality in a modern den. Awards are cool, but feeling 'at home' means more.
Endangered Indian Ingredients - We use rare local flavours in drinks, like Kozhikode Negroni and Coorg Highball, putting India on the cocktail map.
