Events & Cocktail Collaborations at Lair

Our collaborations aren't just guest appearances. We spend days with visiting bartenders—from Singapore’s Sago House to beyond—to dissect ingredients and techniques like milk washing and rotovap distillation. When you attend an event here, you are drinking something that literally does not exist on our permanent menu.

The Cocktail Coalition

This isn't about slapping a logo on a poster. The Cocktail Coalition is our ongoing experiment. We invite pioneers from the world's best bars to Delhi to work behind our counter. This is a technical exchange. We look at their signature serves, apply our own house-made ingredients—like Nagpur Liqueur or local forest herbs—and create a new, hybrid menu for that night only.

Why We Do It

For us, hospitality is about connection. When we host a guest bartender, the dynamic in the room changes. It moves from a standard service model to a conversation between the maker and the drinker. You might see a Singaporean mixologist using Coorg ingredients in a drink they’ve never touched before, or our team learning new ways to clarify a punch. It keeps us sharp and keeps the drinks evolving.

The 'Incog' Party Series

Beyond mixology, we host the 'Incog' series. This was born from a need to unite people in an intimate setting. It's not a club night; it's a curated session with live music, dancing, and a community vibe that feels private. We limit the guest list to ensure the energy stays consistent with the 'modern den' atmosphere we built at Lair.

Joining the Session

Because these are collaborative events, we often operate with limited seating to ensure you actually get to interact with the visiting talent. If you see an upcoming takeover listed, we suggest booking early. We don't do mass events, so when the space is full, it's full.
