This video shows the transformation of one of my favorite Christmas creations: the gingerbread house. It begins as simple gingerbread panels and becomes a magical, edible house, complete with detailed icing, snowy roofs, and internal lights.
Christmas is my favorite time of year to bake. My festive menu includes a wide range of treats, such as this hand-painted Santa cake, Santa hat cupcakes, and adorable character cakesicles shaped like penguins, reindeer, and Christmas trees.
I love working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Here, I am putting the finishing touch on a beautiful strawberry cake, made with a Nordic Ware pan to give it a distinctive shape and topped with fresh cream and berries.
When mangoes are in season, my Mango Tres Leches cake is a must-try. This video shows happy clients enjoying the light, spongy cake soaked in three kinds of milk and topped with fresh mangoes. It's the perfect dessert to share.
