Ethnic & Festive Wear for Families in Bangalore

Festivals are better when you're dressed for them together. From soft shararas for babies to coordinated family sets, I design ethnic wear in Bangalore that feels as good as it looks.

This is a brother and sister ethnic wear set, perfect for festivals or traditional functions. The boy's outfit features a peach Banarasi silk kurta with a green dhoti, complementing the girl's matching Pattu pavadai.

This traditional yellow printed outfit is a sharara set for a nine-month-old baby. I use soft cotton fabrics for my ethnic wear for infants to ensure they stay comfortable during festive occasions.

A matching yellow printed kurta and pajama set designed for a one-month-old baby. This was created as part of a coordinated sibling set with a sharara for the older sister.

This coordinated set features a mother in an elegant half-saree style gown and her daughter in a matching frock. The pale pink fabric with delicate lacework is a great choice for weddings or receptions.

About this collection

When I design for festivals, my biggest focus is keeping the fabric itch-free for kids. I use soft cotton linings and concealed zippers on all my ethnic wear, so your little ones can actually enjoy the function without fussing. If you are based in Bangalore, you are welcome to visit my Basaveshwar Nagar studio to feel the fabrics and see the quality of work firsthand.

Festive wear should not just look good in photos; it needs to be comfortable enough for an entire day of celebrations. Whether it is a Pattu pavadai for a temple visit or a coordinated sharara set for a wedding, I ensure the structural details—like can-can volume or jacket stiffness—do not compromise on comfort.

For our festive collections, I lean towards breathable Art Silks and soft nets, always lined with premium cotton. For the little ones, I incorporate a 2-3 inch growth margin in every outfit. It is a small detail, but it means the lehenga you get for a festival today might just fit for the next birthday party, too.

Customization & Process

We do not just make clothes; we help you coordinate a look. If you have a specific color palette for Diwali or Sankranti, I can match fabrics across mom, dad, and the kids without making everyone look identical. For those needing a specific fit, I prefer a studio visit where we can discuss your vision and see fabric samples. We are located in Basaveshwar Nagar and deliver across Bangalore.
