20ft Ready-to-Move Studio Cabin
Shell & Structure
- Base: 1x Refurbished 20ft ISO Shipping Container (approx. 160 sq.ft. carpet area).
- Exterior Paint: Marine-grade anti-corrosion finish with epoxy primer and PU paint in solid colors.
- Framing: Reinforced steel framing for all window and door cutouts to ensure structural stability.
Interior Specifications
- Wall Paneling: 6mm to 8mm Cement Fiber Board (Bison/Shera equivalent) screwed to internal frames.
- Insulation: 50mm high-density Rockwool or Glasswool packed between the container wall and cement board.
- Flooring: Heavy-duty PVC Vinyl planks (wood look) or roll flooring laid over a marine plywood base.
Electrical & Glazing
- Windows: UPVC sliding windows (White/Black profile) with 5mm to 6mm toughened glass.
- Wiring: Concealed copper wiring, modular switches, and MCB distribution box.
- Lighting: Ceiling-mounted recessed LED panel lights (12W to 15W).
Bathroom Pod
- Sanitary Ware: Standard wall-mounted commode, washbasin, and chrome-plated faucets.
- Wall Finish: Waterproof PVC wall panels inside the bathroom area for moisture resistance.
- Plumbing: Internal CPVC piping installed and ready for external connection.

- Base: 1x Refurbished 40ft High Cube Container (9.6ft ceiling height for increased air volume).
- Cladding: Premium marble-finish ACP sheets or WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) louvers on the exterior facade.
- Decking: Integrated metal-framed deck area with wood-look WPC flooring (approx. 8x10 ft).
Glazing & Climate Control
- Glass Walls: Floor-to-ceiling fixed Double Glazed Units (DGU) for superior thermal break and sound insulation.
- Entry: Heavy-duty Aluminum or UPVC sliding doors (3-track system) connecting to the outdoors.
- Insulation: High-density Rockwool or PUF paneling designed to handle extreme heat and cold.
Premium Interiors
- Ceiling & Walls: False ceiling with ambient cove lighting and smooth emulsion paint or wallpaper highlights.
- Flooring: AC4 grade premium laminate wooden flooring or 2x2 vitrified tiles.
- Kitchenette: 6 to 8ft modular pantry unit with quartz/granite countertop, sink, and under-counter cabinets.
Luxury Bathroom
- Fittings: Glass shower partition, wall-hung WC, and vanity counter.
- Plumbing: Branded diverter fittings with concealed piping for hot and cold water supply.
