Physical activity is a daily non-negotiable here. From obstacle courses to hurdle jumps, we keep our children energized, engaged, and learning through every movement.

Music and movement are key transition activities in our day. This video shows children dancing and moving their bodies to release energy and express themselves.

About Active Bodies, Active Minds: Sports & Movement

We do not believe in moving just for the sake of it. During our sports activities, we often layer in cognitive challenges, such as asking children to spell their names or solve puzzles while completing an obstacle course. This approach teaches children to manage their breathing, focus their minds, and coordinate their bodies simultaneously.
