About Practical Self-Defense
Real Talk: What Self-Defense Should Be
Dekho bhai, most self-defense out there is full-on bakwaas (nonsense). Fancy, choreographed stuff won’t save you in a real street fight. I focus on realistic self-defense techniques, not filmi moves.
Why I Do This
Aapki suraksha aapki zimmedari hai (Your safety is your responsibility). I believe everyone should know how to handle themselves if things go south. Most of the fight is in your head, so we build mental toughness for self-defense first. You’ll learn to react under shock, not freeze.
How We Train
- We stick to a handful of simple self-defense moves that actually work under pressure. No 2000-step routines.
- Fitness isn’t just for show here. You’ll get stronger, faster, and build street fight survival skills.
- Training is always practical - punches, palm strikes, elbows, and that all-important groin kick.
- Expect dirty tricks too: eye gouges, throat shots, headbutts. In a real fight, there are no rules.
- Muay Thai clinch for close-quarters - control, knees, domination.
What You’ll Face
- Real-life chaos: wild punches, chokes, headlocks, wall grabs, attacks by multiple people.
- Weapon defense is all about escaping, not playing hero.
- We drill you to spot danger, avoid fights, de-escalate - but if you have to go, you go hard.
Who’s It For?
Not just the gym crowd. I’ve worked with everyone from regular folks to the Indian Army. Anyone can learn - doesn’t matter if you’re big or small.
Skill matters, not size. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

My Story
Log poochte hain, 'What if the criminal has a gun?' Arre bhai, pehle basics pakad lo. Main yahan hoon kyunki fake promises bohot sun liye. Real fights? Brutal, messy, khatam in seconds. System bhi toot chuka hai - koi nahi aane wala bachane. Aapki suraksha, aapki zimmedari (your safety, your responsibility). Yahan sirf punches nahi sikhaata, warriors banata hoon. Jab pehli baar mukka padta hai, tab samajh aata hai - glass nahi ho, lad sakte ho. Yeh sirf martial arts nahi, zindagi ka tareeka hai.
