Elite Cricket Coaching & Parental Development Programs
Building a cricketer requires more than just net practice. I focus on a 10-year development roadmap, mental toughness, and coaching parents to be the ultimate support system for their child's journey.
(Hero Item) I always tell parents that becoming an elite cricketer is a long journey. If your child starts at age 10, you need to have patience for 10 years. In this video, I explain my "10-Year Rule" and why your consistent support, especially during tough times, is the most important factor in your child's success.
The atmosphere at home should never change, whether your child scores a century or gets out on zero. I share my thoughts on why a stable and positive home environment is critical for a young player's mindset, using the example of one of my most dedicated students, Ayush Mhatre. Your role as a parent is the foundation of their mental strength.
We do more than just on-field coaching. Here you can see one of our exclusive sports psychology workshops for parents, led by expert Ms. Mugdha Bavare. These sessions are practical conversations designed to give you the tools to support your child's mental game, which is just as important as their physical skill.
This is a proud moment, felicitating Ayush Mhatre on his exceptional season and his appointment as Captain of the India U-19 team. His success is a testament to his hard work and the strong support system we build together with parents. This is the result of long-term dedication.
It is always a pleasure to have international cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues at our events. Her presence reinforces the high-performance environment we cultivate at the clinic. Here, I am presenting her with a custom jersey during our parent psychology session.
As a coach, my job extends beyond the cricket nets. Here I am addressing parents during our sports psychology event. I believe in working as a team with you to guide your child, ensuring they have a complete support system both on and off the field.
About Featured
You don't just enroll your child in a clinic; you partner with me for a 10-year development plan. My training isn't restricted to the nets. I audit your home environment, lead sports psychology workshops with experts like Ms. Mugdha Bavare, and teach parents how to be a source of stability—whether your child hits a century or gets out on zero.
The 10-Year Rule
I have seen players go from their first net session to the India U-19 and Ranji Trophy teams, and the pattern is always the same: it takes a decade of consistent effort. If you are looking for overnight results, this is not the place for you. But if you are ready to invest in a long-term athlete development strategy, we have the roadmap.
The Real Game Starts at Home
Parents are the first and most influential coaches. A child’s mental resilience is built at the dinner table, not just on the pitch. I work with families to create a 'Zero-Pressure' home zone. Your job is not to be a technical coach, but to be the emotional anchor. We focus on:
- Home Environment Audits: Learning how to react to match results without adding stress.
- Parental Boundaries: Defining your role as a mentor rather than a critic.
Sports Psychology Workshops
We run practical sessions led by sports psychologist Ms. Mugdha Bavare. These are not lectures; they are real-talk seminars for parents to understand the pressure a child faces at elite levels. We cover managing performance anxiety and building confidence so your child doesn't burn out.
Why Partner with Kkalpavriksha?
We don't just talk about training; we live it. Whether it is 1-on-1 career strategy sessions at our Bandra or Shivaji Park offices or our group seminars, every intervention is aimed at one thing: making your child strong enough to handle the game's ups and downs.
