We don't just teach technique; we put players in real match situations where the stakes are high. From local Mumbai maidans to national tours, we build resilient cricketers who know how to read the game.

This is what it's all about. Taking my players beyond the local maidans and giving them a taste of professional cricket life. Here's my team at the airport, ready for our competitive tour to Bengaluru.

The result of relentless hard work and team spirit. Here is my victorious Under-12 team after winning the Little Champs Tournament. Seeing their faces light up with the trophy is why I do this.

It's one thing to practice, it's another to deliver when the pressure is on. Watch 15-year-old Vihaan Wagh finish a high-pressure chase in style, a true masterclass of 89 runs from just 62 balls.

This is Tvisha Shetty, one of my most determined young players. This video shows her journey from net practice to a crucial match innings where she batted for 82 balls, showing incredible grit for a 13-year-old.

I believe in creating match-winners. This is 11-year-old Jiaan Lakhmani receiving his Man of the Match award at the U-14 Professional League after a stunning 5-wicket haul.

Cricket is a team game, and leadership starts early. Here you can see one of my young players leading a team talk during a U-14 match at Azad Maidan. I empower them to take ownership of the game.

Experience a glimpse of our Bengaluru Tour. From the airport excitement to intense on-field action and team bonding, these tours are designed to build not just skilled cricketers, but resilient characters.

About Featured

Anyone can look good in the nets, but the game is won when the pressure hits. I push my players into the deep end—whether it's navigating a tricky pitch in Bengaluru or chasing down a target in a Harris Shield final. You don't learn cricket by playing safe; you learn by making new mistakes and adapting under fire.

Our Approach: Cricket Beyond the Nets

I treat cricket as a serious commitment. My academy is for students who want to move past basic drills and compete in the toughest circuits Mumbai has to offer. We focus on 'thinking players'—kids who can assess the situation, adjust their shot selection, and remain calm when the game is on the line.

Where We Compete

  • Tournament Exposure: My teams are regulars in the Payyade Trophy, Cosmopolitan Shield, and the U-12/U-14 Professional Leagues. We don't play to participate; we play to win and learn the discipline of tournament cricket.
  • Outstation Tours: We take our players out of their comfort zone. Our tours to cities like Bengaluru force kids to adapt to different outfields, unfamiliar conditions, and new opposition strategies. It's where the real growth happens.
  • Individual Development: Every player, boy or girl, gets my personal attention. From technical batting and bowling corrections to mindset training, I work to empower them to own their game. I want them to be so good that they are impossible to reject during trials.

Building Character, Not Just Skill

I tell my students: 'Itni mehnat karo (work so hard), that you don't even think about sleep.' Success is a result of consistent, disciplined effort. Whether it's a 15-year-old scoring a century or an 11-year-old taking a 5-wicket haul, the pride comes from earning it. We focus on team spirit, leadership, and mental toughness. If you are ready for a program that treats your cricketing dreams with respect, let's get to work.

I’m Hrishikesh Puranik. I believe cricket is a God-given gift that demands discipline, so I mentor kids to be thinking athletes who carry their grit from the pitch into life.
