My program works because we focus on real metabolic health through natural, nutrient-dense home food—like jowar rotti and simple, home-cooked meals—tailored specifically to your blood markers, stress levels, and lifestyle, not just a generic calorie chart.
Weight loss is easy. Fat loss is a science. Most people get it wrong because they treat their body like a math equation, cutting calories until they crash. My coaching is different. We look at the root causes—whether it is insulin resistance, PCOS, thyroid, or just years of poor lifestyle choices—and fix them at the source.

My programs (both the team-led and 1-on-1 mentorship) do not use powders or shortcuts. We use standard Indian home food to trigger fat loss. - For the Team-Led Program: You get support from my certified junior coaches with weekly check-ins and diet adjustments.
- For 1-on-1 Mentorship: You work directly with me. I personally handle your daily queries, aggressive plan adjustments, and specialized protocols for conditions like Type 2 Diabetes or fatty liver.
