Fitness as a Lifestyle: Build Habits That Stick
Fitness isn't a temporary project you finish. It’s a daily habit. I help you build a sustainable routine using your own kitchen and simple movements, not expensive shakes.
Don't have the motivation to exercise? Nobody feels motivated every single day. Success comes from discipline. The habit of showing up and doing the work, even for 15 minutes, is what brings results, not waiting for motivation.
Fitness is not a temporary project; it's a lifelong journey. Just like you brush your teeth and bathe daily, you need to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine for life. If you stop, you will lose your progress.
You don't have to live like a sanyasi to be healthy. I follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time, I follow a healthy diet and lifestyle. The other 20%, I enjoy parties and outside food like everyone else. It's all about balance.
If you can't fall asleep immediately, try these 5 simple tips. Get some sunlight in the morning, meditate before bed, try chamomile tea, and take a hot shower. Good sleep is more important than any diet or exercise.
Does sleeping in the afternoon cause weight gain? No, a short power nap of 20-30 minutes is actually beneficial. However, if you sleep for hours and it disturbs your night's sleep, then it can indirectly lead to weight gain.
Feeling anxious, angry, or stressed? Try this simple box breathing technique. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold for 4. Just five minutes of this can calm your mind and regulate your emotions.
You do not need to give up salt, spices, or masala to be on a diet. I have never asked a client to eat bland food. Our Indian spices like turmeric and chili actually boost metabolism and have anti-inflammatory properties. Enjoy your food!
About this collection
I teach my clients the 80/20 rule. You stick to wholesome, homemade nutrition for 80% of your meals, and keep the remaining 20% for the food you actually enjoy. This removes the guilt from eating and stops the cycle of crash dieting, which is exactly why most people quit their fitness journey after just two weeks.
Consistency Over Perfection
Most people fail because they treat fitness like a punishment. They starve themselves for a week, get frustrated, and then binge. My approach is different. We don't eliminate your favorite foods. Whether it's Jowar rotti, rice, or a occasional slice of cake, the goal is to balance your portions rather than banishing foods entirely.
Why Sleep and Stress Management Matter
You can exercise for two hours a day, but if your sleep quality is poor or your cortisol levels are constantly high due to stress, your body won't shed fat efficiently. This is biological, not just about willpower. My coaching focuses on 'whole-life' health, not just what's on your plate. I provide specific protocols for better sleep hygiene, including simple habits like morning sunlight exposure and regulating your circadian rhythm.
Moving for Life
Stop looking for a '30-day transformation.' That is a marketing trap. If you cannot sustain your diet and workout plan for five years, it is the wrong plan for you. I design workouts that you can do at home with minimal equipment because the best workout is the one you actually show up for. If you are ready to stop chasing shortcuts and want to build a body that lasts, let's talk about a realistic roadmap.
