Family Party Bucket Combo
The Food Bucket
- Mains: 3 KG Bucket of Chicken Biryani (Dum or Tikka) and 1.5 KG container of thick Chicken Gravy.
- Starters: 10 pieces of mixed fried items like Chicken Samosas or Shahi Rolls.
- Breads: 1 to 2 large Sheermal Naan (Sweet dense bread).
- Sides: Spiced Yoghurt Raita, Onion Salad, Green Chutney, and 5 to 6 pieces of Gulab Jamun.
Logistics
- Beverage: 1 large bottle (1.5L) of soft drink.
- Packaging: Delivered in reusable plastic buckets and sealed containers.
- Service: Delivery only format with no cutlery or serving staff included.
Standard Non-Veg Buffet
Menu Composition
- Welcome Drink: 1 variety of syrup-based mocktail like Rose Sharbat or Lemon Juice.
- Starters: 1 to 2 fried Non-Veg items (e.g., Chicken Russian Cutlet) with high potato content.
- Main Course: Bulk-prepared Chicken Dum Biryani (high rice ratio) and Tandoori Roti/Naan.
- Sides: Onion Salad, Green Chutney, Pickle, and watery Vegetable Raita.
- Dessert: 1 Sweet dish like Gulab Jamun (2 pcs) or Lauki Halwa.
Setup & Service
- Dining: Standard Melamine or Ceramic plates with steel spoons.
- Water: 200ml plastic water bottles or loose water in plastic cups.
- Staff: Basic service staff in casual waistcoats for clearing and refilling (no professional grooming).

- Mains: 12 to 15kg total weight of Chicken Biryani or Pulao.
- Accompaniments: Namkeen Puri and Methi Puri (Fried breads).
- Dessert: Bulk container of Rice Kheer or Suji Halwa.
- Beverage: 200ml individual Soft Drinks.
Community Setup Essentials
- Dining: Plastic Dastarkhwan rolls (sheets) provided for floor seating arrangements.
- Ambience: Includes Agarbatti (Incense sticks), Candles, Itar (perfume), and loose flowers.
- Disposables: Paper plates, plastic bowls, plastic spoons, and tissue packets.
- Service: Drop-off service only. Host volunteers or family members are required to serve the food.

We bring the taste of big shaadis (weddings) to your parties, no matter the size. That lazeez aur umda (delicious and excellent) feeling you get at a grand celebration - we try to pack that into every plate we serve. If you want guests saying ‘Kadak hai!’ about the food, that’s where we come in.

Menu Highlights
We do a mix of Mughlai, Indian, and Chinese food, but our Chicken Dum Biryani, Chicken Angara, and Shami Kebabs are crowd-pullers. Russian Pulao and Malai Tikka Biryani are also regular hits.

My Story
Hum Kings Catering waale, Nagpada ke asli bhatiyara log hain. Khaana pakaana toh dil se karte hain, biryani aur korma ki khushboo se hi pehchaan hai. Shaadiyon ka taste har ghar tak laane ka junoon – isi se Bucket Biryani ka idea aaya. Ek bucket, poora meal, ghar baithe daawat. Ab SOBO Flames cloud kitchen bhi shuru kiya hai, taaki raat ko bhi humara zayka mil jaye. Safar abhi bhi chalu hai!

All Event Catering & Home Delivery - Shaadi, party, ya corporate event ho – hum Mughlai, Chinese, aur Indian food serve karte hain. Ghar ke liye bhi famous Bucket Biryani Combo available hai.
Bucket Biryani Combo - Har Sunday ek naya combo – 3kg biryani, starters, naan, meetha, sab kuch ek bucket mein. 5-6 logon ke liye full daawat.
Wedding & Party Orders - Shaadi ya badi party ke liye ₹149 per head se shuru. Taste, quality, aur service mein no compromise.
Authentic Food Style - Dum pe pakti biryani, khila rice, bharpur masale. Bilkul shaadi wala asli taste.
Order Details - Sunday combo ke liye Saturday raat tak pre-order karo. Poore Mumbai mein delivery milti hai.
