We don't keep pre-cooked portions lying around. When you order a la carte by the kilo, we prepare it fresh in our Nagpada kitchen using the same traditional 'dum' method as our large wedding orders, so you get that hot, smoky flavour every single time, whether it's a Tuesday lunch or a weekend treat.
Sometimes you just want the specific taste you love without the full bucket commitment. Our a la carte menu brings the exact 'shaadi wala' flavour profile directly to your dining table. Everything is 100% halal and prepared to order. We use high-quality Sela basmati rice that holds its shape, combined with fresh, succulent bone-in chicken pieces that have been marinated for hours.
