About Our Dojang (Training Hall)
You will not find flashy aesthetics here. What you will find are 25mm impact-absorbing floor mats, heavy bags, and a space where we respect the flags on the wall as much as the technique you bring. If you are looking for a casual gym to play around in, this is not the place for you. If you are here to learn the proper way, this is the floor where you begin.
Our dojang in Banaswadi is kept simple for a reason. Training requires concentration, and a cluttered space leads to a cluttered mind. When you walk through our doors, you will see the Korean and Indian flags raised high, symbolizing the respect we demand for the art.
We provide the tools necessary for serious progression:
- Professional Flooring: We use 25mm impact-absorbing mats to protect your joints during high-intensity jumping and sparring.
- Training Gear: Heavy bags and shields are always available for power training.
- Clear Structure: The setup is optimized for group drills, whether we are working on Poomsae forms or Kyorugi sparring.
This is not a playground. We start with Charyeot (Attention) and Gyeongnye (Bow) to ensure everyone is mentally present. You will be sweating, you will be tired, and you will be pushed to improve your posture and power.
