Poomsae Taekwondo Training for Precision and Discipline
Poomsae is the soul of Taekwondo. In our dojang, we don’t just move; we master every stance, block, and strike until the form becomes second nature.

Students practice their stances and basic movements. A strong foundation in Poomsae requires mastering the correct Tikkubi stance and body alignment.

About this collection
In our dojang, we don’t believe in rushing through patterns. We drill Tikkubi stances and hand alignments repeatedly because precision is what separates a winner from the rest. If your basics are loose, your entire form suffers, which is why we use mirrors and constant, direct feedback to ensure every single movement is sharp and powerful.
Poomsae is not just about memorizing a sequence; it is about intent. When you step onto our EVA matted floors in Banaswadi, you leave the distraction of the outside world behind. We focus on the traditional 'Charyeot' (Attention) and 'Gyeongnye' (Bow) to set the mood for serious work.
Why Precision Matters
Many beginners make the mistake of focusing on the strike rather than the foundation. In our sessions, we break down every motion—from the chambering of the fist to the final execution of the block. You will spend time perfecting your Tikkubi stance, ensuring your weight distribution is correct and your body alignment is solid. Without this, your forms lack the stability required for both belt grading and competition.
How We Train
- Mirror Work: We use mirrors for self-correction. Seeing your own reflection helps you understand where your arm positioning or stance is failing.
- Repetition: As we say, 'Sijak' (Start) means we go until it is perfect. You will drill the same sequence until it is muscle memory.
- Korean Commands: We utilize authentic terminology like 'Dolyo chagi' and 'Junbi' so you understand the cultural roots of the sport.
Whether you are a sub-junior athlete aiming for CISCE selections or an adult looking to master the art of Taekwondo forms, our approach remains the same: discipline, hard work, and focus. We do not cut corners. If you are ready to put in the hours, you will see the results in your belt progression and your performance at tournaments.
