Kyorugi is where theory turns into reality. We focus on high-intensity, Olympic-style sparring using full protective gear to build the speed, precision, and fighting intelligence needed to dominate a match.

Young students in full protective gear, including hogu (chest guard) and headgear, practicing Dolyo Chagi (turning kick). We prepare them for real match situations.

Students practice movement and kicking combinations during a Kyorugi drill. Constant motion and quick reactions are key to sparring success.

About Kyorugi: Combat & Sparring Drills

We don't spar just for fun. Every Kyorugi session uses full Hogu (chest guard) and headgear to mimic real match scenarios, forcing you to master distance, footwork, and electronic scoring points under pressure. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will learn to fight smart.
