About Bollywood Zumba & Aerobics

Here, the goal is simple: have fun while you move. We dance on upbeat Bollywood tracks and do step aerobics on shock-absorbent wooden floors that are easy on your knees. It is a judgment-free zone where you can just be yourself and focus on feeling mast (awesome) without worrying about getting the steps perfect.

Our batches run on a consistent Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule in the evenings. Each 60-minute session is a mix of high-intensity dance workouts and structured floor cardio, ensuring you get a full-body sweat without the boredom of a typical gym treadmill. Since this is a women-only space, you can leave the self-consciousness at the door.

Whether you are a college student, a working mom, or just someone needing an hour of 'me time', our instructors prioritize rhythm and joy over rigid technique. The facility is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a high-bass sound system to keep the energy levels high. We focus on consistency, so you will find a supportive group of women who encourage each other every step of the way.
