Exclusive Usage: Private access to the ground floor bungalow-style property in Civil Lines.
Outdoor Zone: 800-1000 sq. ft. lush green lawn area suitable for bouncy castles or running games.
Indoor Zone: Air-conditioned activity room with colorful, child-safe interlocking foam mats.
Furniture: Includes 20-30 child-sized plastic chairs, 4-5 low-height tables, and 10-15 adult chairs.

Amenities & Support

Audio: Basic PA system or heavy-duty Bluetooth speaker provided for background music.
Utilities: Access to child-friendly washrooms, air conditioning, and basic lighting.
Staffing: 1 Caretaker/Helper included to assist with furniture movement and logistics.
Exclusions: This is a space-only rental; no decoration, food, entertainment, or facilitators are provided.

I wanted a space where bacchhas (kids) can dance, act, play, fall down, get up, and just be themselves. Not just homework, but festival workshops, sports, drama and all that jazz.
