About Join Our Community
In our 10-day intensive workshops, we don't just teach kids how to talk; we help them shatter the fear of public speaking. Through movement-based activities and impromptu gigs, children learn to structure their thoughts, use body language effectively, and project their voice, all while having a blast with their peers. Whether your child is naturally shy or just needs to refine their articulation, our sessions are designed to make them feel comfortable and capable on stage.
Building Confidence Beyond the Classroom
Public speaking is more than just reading from a script. At Kids Hive, we partner with ImagiQuest Education to deliver a curriculum that focuses on 'experiential communication.' Led by Trinity College London certified faculty, these 10-day modules are crafted for ages 8-11 to turn anxiety into articulation.
What the workshop covers:
- Structured Thinking: We teach kids how to organize their arguments so they aren't just speaking, but making sense.
- Body Language & Projection: Kids learn that communication happens with their whole body. We practice posture, eye contact, and vocal modulation to keep audiences engaged.
- Impromptu Skills: Our 'gym mode' and movement-based exercises force kids to think on their feet, helping them handle unexpected questions with ease.
- Video Analysis: We record practice sessions so students can see their own progress, giving them honest, one-on-one feedback that helps them improve quickly.
Why join us in Civil Lines? We believe in a 'try, fail, laugh, and grow' philosophy. It is okay if a child stutters or forgets a line; our focus is on building the mindset of a confident communicator. We keep batch sizes small to ensure every child gets enough stage time and individual attention. Whether they are prepping for school debates or just want to feel more comfortable expressing themselves at home, this course gives them the practical toolkit to do it.
