This crawling game is a fantastic full-body workout that improves coordination. The kids are so focused on touching the colored markers that they don't even realize they're building strength and stability.

The cone flipping game is a total favorite! It's a high-energy race that develops agility and speed. Plus, it teaches kids to think fast and work together as a team to flip all the cones first.

Who can build the strongest tower? This activity is all about teamwork and problem-solving. The kids have to communicate and cooperate to stack the cones, learning valuable social skills while having a great time.

Follow the leader! Simple drills like walking or running through cones help improve a child's spatial awareness and ability to follow directions. It's a foundational skill for learning more complex sports later on.

We always start and end our sessions with a good stretch. Here, I'm guiding the kids through some seated stretches to improve flexibility and teach them the importance of warming up and cooling down their muscles.

About this collection

We do not believe in boring drills or repetitive laps. Instead, we use our Mobile Kit of agility ladders, cones, and parachutes to turn turf spaces into a fitness playground, maintaining a strict 1:10 coach-to-student ratio so your child gets the guidance they need while having a blast.

We ditch the traditional workout. Every session is designed as a game. Whether it is 'Steal The Gold' or structured animal flows like Bear Walks and Crab Walks, your child is building agility, balance, and core strength without even realizing they are exercising.
